Register for MOE Kindergarten @ Horizon

OA Registration

OA registration for 2027 K1 admissions is open to SC and PR children who are:

·       Born between 2 January 2022 and 1 January 2023 (both dates inclusive); and are

·       Either not enrolled in any partner EYCs, or currently enrolled in an EYC but choose to register in a non-partner MK.

Places for children registering via OA will be allocated based on the admission priority order.

Online registration

Online Open Admissions (OA) and Early Years Centre (EYC) registration for 2027 K1 admissions will open from 9am on Monday, 23 March 2026 and close at 4.30 pm on Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

Registration outcome

You will be notified of the registration outcome via email by Monday, 1 June 2026.

Late Applications for MK@Horizon

If you wish to apply to our kindergarten after the official online registration period has closed, please complete the application form using the link provided below.

Important Information:

·       Priority placement will be given to all applications received during the official registration period

·       Late applications will only be considered if places remain available after the initial allocation

·       If no places are available, your application will be added to our waiting list and we will contact you should a vacancy arise

Specific Situations:

·       2027 K2 Admission: Parents seeking direct entry to K2 level

·       Missed K1 Registration: Parents who were unable to submit applications during the general K1 registration exercise
